Top-ups

Sell credit packages that clients can purchase to increase their credit balance.

Overview

  • Create packages with credits and price
  • Toggle active/featured
  • Client checkout and confirmation
  • Works with credits-based services

Creating a Top-up Package

  1. Go to Top-ups (Team)
  2. Click Create
  3. Set name, credits included, price, currency
  4. Optionally set status and featured
  5. Save

Client Purchase Flow

  • Client opens Top-ups in portal or direct checkout link
  • Selects a package
  • Completes payment
  • Credits added to balance immediately

Managing Packages

  • Edit details
  • Toggle status
  • Duplicate similar packages
  • Bulk actions where supported

Troubleshooting

  • Package not visible: Ensure active and plan/module access
  • Credits not added: Verify payment completion and transaction logs
