Connect your workspace with tools your team already uses.

Slack

Receive real-time notifications about important events.

Setup

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Slack
  2. Click Authorize
  3. Select your Slack workspace and channel
  4. Save

Notifications

  • Request created/completed
  • Ticket created
  • Invoice paid / Payment succeeded

Manage

  • Test connection from settings
  • Disconnect when needed
  • Bulk link users to Slack accounts (optional)

Zapier

Automate workflows and connect with thousands of apps.

Setup

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Zapier
  2. Copy your webhook/API credentials
  3. Create a Zap using Webhooks by Zapier or available connectors
  4. Map fields and test

Common Zaps

  • Create CRM records on new clients
  • Notify external systems on request updates
  • Log invoice payments in accounting systems

Live Chat

Embed a live chat widget in your client portal.

Setup

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Live Chat
  2. Choose provider (Custom/Intercom/Crisp/Tawk/LiveChat/Zendesk)
  3. Paste embed code
  4. Enable and save

  • Show only on client portal
  • Auto-load widget

  • Limit integration permissions (least privilege)
  • Test each integration after setup
