Use Favorites to quickly access important items.

Overview

• Pin requests, services, clients, and more
• Reorder favorites for convenience
• Available for both team and client portals

Using Favorites

1. Click the Favorite (star) icon on an item
2. Access Favorites from the sidebar
3. Reorder or remove items as needed

Managing Favorites

• Toggle add/remove from lists or detail pages
• Clear all if needed

Troubleshooting

• Favorites not saving: Check you are logged in and online
• Missing item: Ensure it’s visible and you have access
