Configure tax rates, defaults, and tax settings for invoices and checkout

Taxes

Manage tax rates and workspace tax settings used across billing.

Access

  • Workspace Settings > Taxes
  • Permissions: manage_workspace_settings

Tax Rates

  • Create, edit, delete tax rates
  • Toggle active/inactive
  • Set a default tax rate
  • Configure tax name, rate (%), and jurisdiction

Workspace Tax Settings

  • Default behavior for applying taxes
  • Tax exemptions (where applicable)
  • Combine rates and rounding rules (if enabled)

Usage

  • Applied to invoice line items and totals
  • Displayed on checkout and invoice PDFs
