Customize notification templates and manage delivery preferences for your workspace.

Templates (Workspace Settings)

Configure global email templates used by the system.

Access

  • Workspace Settings > Notifications > Templates
  • Permissions: manage_workspace_settings

Available Templates (examples)

  • Client invitation emails
  • Request status updates
  • Invoice notifications
  • Password reset emails
  • Payment reminders & late fee notices

Managing Templates

  1. Select a template type
  2. Edit subject and body
  3. Use merge tags (e.g., {client_name}, {invoice_number})
  4. Preview and save

  • Insert dynamic data into messages

Let users tailor their own notification delivery.

Access

  • Workspace Settings > Notifications > Preferences
