The File Storage feature provides clients with dedicated storage space to upload, organize, and manage their files. This keeps all project-related files in one centralized location accessible to both team members and clients.

Accessing File Storage
For Team Members
Access Client Storage:
- Navigate to Clients
- Select a client
- Go to Storage or Files tab
- View and manage client's files
Organization Storage:
- Navigate to Organizations
- Select organization
- Go to Files tab
- Manage organization-level files
For Clients
Access Your Storage:
- Log into client portal
- Navigate to Storage or Files
- View your files and folders
- Upload, download, and organize files
Uploading Files
Single File Upload
- Navigate to storage area
- Click Upload File or Upload button
- Select file from your computer
- Wait for upload to complete
- File appears in current folder
Multiple File Upload
- Click Upload Files button
- Select multiple files (Ctrl+Click or Cmd+Click)
- Or drag and drop multiple files
- All files upload together
- Progress indicator shows upload status

Organizing Files
Creating Folders
New Folder:
- Navigate to desired location
- Click Create Folder or New Folder
- Enter folder name
- Press Enter or click Create
- Folder created instantly
Folder Hierarchy:
- Create nested folders
- Organize by project, type, or date
- Unlimited folder depth (within reason)
- Move folders as needed
Moving Files
Move to Different Folder:
- Select file(s) to move
- Click Move action
- Choose destination folder
- Confirm move

Renaming Files and Folders
Rename Items:
- Select file or folder
- Click Rename action

- Locate file in storage
- Click file or select it

- ZIP file downloads
- Extract files on your computer

Folder Download:
- Select folder

Complete Storage Download:
- In main storage view
- Click Download All Files

Preview Supported Files:
- Images: View full-size in browser

Opening Preview:
- Click on file name or thumbnail
- Preview opens in overlay/new tab

Delete Single File
