Service Catalog
Let clients browse your services in a branded catalog and purchase via direct checkout.
Overview
- Public or portal-authenticated catalog
- Service detail pages with descriptions and pricing
- Coupon validation during checkout
- Works with standard, credit-based, and recurring services
Enabling the Catalog
- Go to Workspace Settings > General/Portal
- Toggle Public Catalog on/off
- Optionally require authentication to view
- Save
Managing Visibility
- In each service: set Show in Catalog to display publicly
- Use Featured to highlight key services (if available)
Client Experience
- Visit the catalog URL (e.g.,
/catalog) - Browse services and open service details
- Click Checkout to purchase
- Apply coupons if available
Coupons
- Clients can validate coupons in the catalog and checkout
- Discount appears in totals immediately

Troubleshooting
- Service not showing: Ensure Show in Catalog is enabled and the service is Active
- Coupon not applied: Verify the code is valid, active, and applicable
- Catalog not reachable: Check portal settings and custom domain configuration
