The Messaging feature provides real-time communication between team members and clients without relying on external email. All conversations are organized, searchable, and kept within your workspace for easy reference.

Getting Started
Accessing Messages
For Team Members:
- Navigate to Messages in the main navigation
- View list of conversations
- See unread message count
- Access message history
For Clients:
- Navigate to Messages in client portal
- View conversations with team members
- Create new conversations
- Reply to existing messages

Creating Conversations
Starting a Direct Conversation
As a Team Member:
- Click New Conversation or New Message
- Select recipient:
- Choose team member for internal chat
- Choose client for client communication
- Type your message
- Add attachments if needed (optional)
- Click Send
- Conversation created automatically
As a Client:
- Click New Message
- Select team member to contact
- Write your message
- Attach files if needed
- Send message
- Team member receives notification
Group Conversations
Creating Group Chats (Team Members Only):
- Click New Conversation
- Select Group Conversation
- Choose multiple participants
- Enter conversation title (optional)
- Send initial message
- All participants notified

Sending Messages
Composing Messages
Message Composition:
- Select conversation or start new one
- Click in message box
- Type your message
- Format text if needed (bold, italic, links)
- Add attachments (optional)
- Press Enter or click Send

Attaching Files
Adding Attachments:
