- Requirements: Tickets module enabled
- Permissions:

- Create a template
- Enter name and message content
- Save
- Toggle active to control availability
Using Templates in Tickets
- Open a ticket
- Click Templates in the reply box
- Pick a template
- Adjust content as needed
- Send
